GENERAL
What's the deal with your ebike and hike experience?
Zion National Park does not permit combined guided tours of an ebike ride to the trailhead followed by a hike. Of course, we agree with you that riding an ebike is the best way to experience Zion and get to the trailhead. So, to comply with the rules, we allow you to take our ebikes (after a thorough safety orientation and clear directions) on a self guided ride to the trailhead where we'll meet you for our guided hike. You'll be outfitted with long range radios on the ride in case anything comes up and you need assistance.
For guests that choose our Sunset eBike Tour or Zion in a Half or Full Day tours, we can include a guided ebike ride in that adventure, provided that we don't follow it with a guided hike on the Scenic Drive.
Still have questions about the rules? No problem, just give us a call at 435.200.5260 or use the chat feature in the lower right corner.
Do you provide transportation to and from Zion National Park?
We sure do! Our standard range is anywhere within a 30 minute distance of Springdale. We can also arrange to meet you at the Zion Visitor's Center if that is more convenient. Staying outside the 30 minute radius but would still like a pickup? Give us a call at 435.200.5260 and we can work something out.
Can you accommodate groups larger than 7 people?
Absolutely! Although our standard group sizes range from 2-7 people, we're happy to make arrangements to accommodate your larger group. Give us a call at 435.200.5260 or reach out via the chat feature in the lower right corner.
Do you have bikes for kids?
Yes! Utah State Law sets the minimum age to ride an ebike at 12 years. Our Dost eBikes fit riders as short as 5'1". So, if your son or daughter is taller than 5'1", 12 or older and competent on a bike, they're welcome to ride. Alternatively, we can offer RadRunner Plus ebikes that allow for a passenger to ride behind the parent. We also have Thule Yepp Maxi seats for kids ages 1-3.
Are your tours private or will we be joining others?
Yes! All of our tours are private only. So, whether you're a party of 2 or a party of 22, we'll be focusing on just your group.
Do I still need to get a permit if I book your Angel's Landing tour?
We have a number of Angel's Landing permits available on specific days. Booking our No Permit Required tour on one of these days ensures that you'll get a permit to hike Angel's Landing. Here's a direct link to our Angel's Landing page where you can check for an available date: https://ridezion.com/angelslanding/.
If no dates are available that work for you, you may book our Permit Required tour - we can then guide you to the Angel's Landing summit if you are able to obtain a permit via the lottery system.
